ORIGINAL SCORES & CONTRIBUTIONS:
In summer 2014, Randy was Sound Designer, Composer and Musical Director for Shakespeare in Delaware Park's production of Shakespeare's A Comedy of Errors, directed by Steve Vaughan. In summer 2018, the same for King Lear. In 2019, Randy composed the music for Vaughan’s production of Love’s Labours Lost. The Buffalo News had this to say: “With fantastic music and a vibrant cast whose chemistry makes the play engaging and easy to follow, this production is perfect for the Shakespeare in Delaware Park series … It is especially memorable for its music. With music composed by Randy Andropolis and coordinated by Jay Wollin, the play features a trio of musicians who play elegant interludes from the villa’s balcony.” In 2022, Randy again lent his composing talents and collaborated with Jay Wollin for Steve Vaughan’s ‘As You Like It’. In March of ‘25, Randy again worked with Steve for a dinner theatre production of ‘Finnegan’s Wake’.
As You Like It 2020 - Shakespeare in Delaware Park. Music composed for Steve Vaughan’s production. This play marks the tenth collaboration of Steve and Randy since 2005.
Love’s Labours Lost 2019 - Shakespeare in Delaware Park. Directed by Steve Vaughan and performed by Jay Wollin and Company.
King Lear 2018 - Shakespeare in Delaware Park. Music composed and performed without the use of metal, at the behest of Director Steve Vaughan.
